| TOP 3 WINNING PHOTOS will remain on permanent display at UW-WC with plaque recognizing the photographer. Prizes will be awarded at the Festival of Arts on Saturday, April 6, 2013 (time to be announced). TOP 15 WINNING PHOTOS will be framed and on display in UW-WC Art Gallery during The Festival of Arts and then moved to front lobby where they will be displayed until 2014 Festival. ALL PHOTOS will be on display in the campus library during UW-WC's Festival of Arts. |
