Art Lecturer Position
Part-time position, Spring 2012
The UW--Washington County campus in West Bend is looking for an instructor to teach ART 216 during Spring semester, 2012.
ART 216 DIGITAL IMAGING AND DESIGN
Introduction to the basic skills and vocabulary of digital technology, with an exploration of popular graphic software and hardware. Integration of digital imagery with more traditional media. Areas of study geared towards specific student interests, with an emphasis on the development of a portfolio for transfer. Prerequisite: ART 101 or 111 or 141 or 161 or cons. instr. AP
The course is scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays: 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm.
Qualifications:
- Applicants must have the MFA degree.
- Some teaching experience at university level is preferred.
Salary: depends on highest degree and amount of experience, varies.
