First-ever Kids Heart Challenge offers family fun, heart health info for parents
WHAT: Come out and let kids between ages 5 and 12 get their heart rates up with a half-mile obstacle course! Every participant receives a bandana and finisher medal.
The event includes:
1.Obstacles: Hula Hoops, Hockey nets (with fake ice, large pucks); Cones; Tires; Jump ropes; Inflatable; Pool noodles; Pallets; and Soccer balls (with net)
- DJ dance party warm up
- Snacks provided by Meijer

Registration is $10.
*Register by May 12th and receive 1 free skate pass from Kettle Moraine Ice Center.
**First 75 kids receive a Kids Heart Challenge T-Shirt.
WHEN: Saturday, June 3rd
8 a.m. –Registration opens; Heart Fair opens
9 a.m. – Obstacle Course kicks off

WHY: The Kids Heart Challenge is a fundraiser for the American Heart Association. Funds raised support research, education and advocacy efforts to prevent and treat cardiovascular diseases and stroke.
