The Athletic Department of UW-Washington County will be hosting a series of summer sports camps, open to girls and boys grades 3rd through 12th, from mid-June through mid-August. The camps that will be offered are Basketball, Volleyball and Soccer.

Basketball

 

UW-WC's Basketball Camps will focus on the fundamentals of basketball including dribbling, passing, shooting, and rebounding; individual techniques and team strategies will be developed. Players will also experience individual and team competition. Fee includes a camp gift.

Volleyball

Our Camps focus on developing both individual techniques and team strategies. Players will receive individualized instruction on passing, serving, spiking, setting, and defense & blocking instructions. Players will also experience game like drills and activities. Fee includes a camp gift.

NOTE: The 7th, 8th, and 9th grade camp is for specifically geared for 7th & 8th grader who have played on a Club 1's team and all incoming 9th graders.

Club Girls' Volleyball Camps

Open to all incoming 7th & 8th grade girls who have play club volleyball. Instruction on serving, passing, spiking, setting, defense and offense coverage. Participants will receive a camp gift.

Girls' Volleyball League

The purpose of the camp is for additional skills training and team play. The first half of the camp will stress the skills of playing volleyball (passing, setting, hitting) and second half of camp the players will be put on to a team for a mini tournament. Teams will change with every session.
