Sept. 14th - UW- Washington County Invite
1st Place Finish

The UWWC Golf Team continued their fast start by dominating the five team UW-Washington County Invite held at the Washington County Golf Course.  “Last week the players thought they let one slip away. Today we were home, the course was in great shape, it’s a true gem, but the wind made scoring tough.  The guys really played well.  I’m happy with the results,” Coach Minz said.

The Wildcats were led by Tim Pridemore (1st place), followed by Mike Olson (2nd), Adam Butler (4th), and Tim Butler (6th).

Sept. 11th - UW-Fond du Lac Invite
2nd Place Finish

With expectations high, UWWC Golf Team members Adam and Tim Butler, Mike Olson, and Tim Pridemore, opened their 2015 season Tuesday, with a second place finish in the Fond Du Lac Invite held at Whispering Springs Golf Course.  Returning team member Tim Pridemore set the pace for the team posting a 79, good for 3rd place.

“I’m happy with our effort.   It was the first time playing the course which caused us to have a little trouble with the greens and finding the correct landing areas off the tee.  Second is a good start to the season.” Coach John Minz said.

Practice is scheduled by Coach John Minz and is held at the Washington County Golf Course.
