Dauss, M.S., LAT has been an athletic trainer since 1984. As an Iowa native, she received her bachelors degree in Health Education, Teaching K – 12, from the University of Northern Iowa and her masters degree in Exercise Science and Physical Education from the University of Iowa.
Dauss has experience working with athletes from youth sports, recreational, high school, collegiate and professional levels. She is currently providing athletic training services to UW-Washington County and Hustisford High School through the Froedtert Health Medical Group – West Bend Clinic sports medicine outreach program. She also treats outpatients at the Froedtert Health Medical Group – West Bend Clinic rehabilitation center.
As an athletic trainer, she provides athletes with prevention, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation of athletic injuries, designs strength and conditioning regimens, and prepares athletes for practices/games. Lauri enjoys working with athletes, parents, coaches and physicians in getting the athlete back in the game quickly, yet safely. IN addition to training athletes, Dauss is also an instructor in the Health and Exercise Science Department at UW-Washington County since 2006.
Hovorka is the Golf Coach for the UW-Washington County Wildcats. He brings years of coaching and personal experience to the university's program.
Prior to coaching at UW-WC, Coach Hovorka was the girl's varsity basketball coach for three home school programs. He also coached the Air Force varsity women's team for Grand Forks AFB while he was on active duty. He is now retired after 27 years in the Air Force.
Coach Hovorka currently resides in West Bend with his wife Lee, kids Elias, Abigail, Hannah, and Timothy. His three older children, Jessica, James and Nathan live in Wisconsin with their families. He is also the proud Grandfather to seven grandchildren: Jimmie, Ben, Sam, Gwen, Emily, Isabelle, and Adilyn. Coach Hovorka is a member of the Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association.

Steve Murphy resides in Plymouth and serves as Math Teacher at Random Lake High School. He is known for his positive attitude and enthusiastic efforts in building basketball programs as well as for many team successes on the court, including state rankings at all four high schools where he has coached in Kansas and Wisconsin. Murphy has been married for 25 years and met his wife while they were each playing junior college basketball. They have two daughters, both currently pursuing medical degrees in college. Though born and raised in Wisconsin, Murphy graduated High School at Crystal Lake South (Illinois) where he was an honor student and enjoyed playing on the football, basketball, and baseball teams. He graduated from Kansas State - Teacher’s College and spent the early part of his teaching and coaching career in Kansas before he and his wife migrated back to Wisconsin when it was time to raise their own family.

Soccer Head Coach
Miller has been coaching soccer for over 24 years. He has coached the UW-WC Soccer Team for the past 10 years, winning numerous soccer championships at UW-WC. During Jim’s tenure at UW-WC, the team has captured the 2004 WJCAA State, WCC Eastern Division, and WCC Conference titles and the 2005 WCC Eastern Division and Conference titles. Jim's coached the 2013 team to a WCC State Championship and was named Coach of the Year by his peers. During the past 10 years Jim has place 49 players on the WCC All Conference Teams. He has also been associated with the Slinger Soccer Club.
Men's Tennis Coach
Peterson is the Men's Tennis Coach. During Roger's tenure is has captured the WJCAA State Runner Up trophies in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009. He also co-coaches with Debbie Butschlick. Roger is a Professor of Mathematics and also serves as Associate Dean at UW-Washington County.
Women's Tennis Coach
Butschlick has coached tennis since 1991. During her tenure she has won the WJCAA State championship in 1996 and 2008 and the State Runner Up trophy in 2010. She has also won the WCC Conference Championships in 1991, 2008 and 2011 and winning the WCC State Runner Up trophies 2012 and 2013. Debbie is the Athletic Director and Student Activities Coordinator.
Women's Head Basketball Coach
Rintelman understands the term, “scholar-athlete.” Working as a Student Services Coordinator at UW-WC and having been a scholar athlete herself, she can relate to the stresses and expectations the players face.
Prior to coming to UW-WC, she attended Concordia University Wisconsin (CUW) earning both an undergraduate Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and graduate Master’s degree in Student Personnel Administration.
At CUW, Angela played both basketball and softball. During her time on the basketball team, Angela always had the green light to shoot the three-pointer. While apart of the softball team, she earned All-Conference, Golden Stick, and Teammate of the Year awards, as well as the honor of being named captain for two years.
When not coaching, Angela enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She also enjoys hiking, snow shoeing, bike riding and cheering on the Packers and Brewers!
Women's Assistant Basketball Coach
An alumnus of UW-Washington County, Maria completed her associate degree at this campus before transferring to UW-Oshkosh. She graduated from UW-Oshkosh in December 2012 (Bachelor of Liberal Studies in Organizational Administration). She has worked at UW-Washington since July of 2010 as a Student Affairs Associate. When not working or coaching, she enjoys spending her free time with her two children, family, and friends.
Volleyball Head Coach
Butschlick has been employed at UW-Washington County since 1985. Ambitious and dedicated, she worked her way up into her current positions as Athletic Director and Student Activities Coordinator. "I enjoy working both positions, but especially enjoy coaching volleyball. Over the years, our volleyball teams at UW-WC have won many WCC Conference, WJCAA Regional and WJCAA State titles."
She began her college studies at UW-WC were she completed her Associate Degree. While at UW-WC she played volleyball and basketball. Debbie continued her education at Cardinal Stritch University, earning a Bachelor and Master's degree in Business Administration. At Cardinal Stritch, she continued to play volleyball and is proud to note that she was a member of their team when they won the Lake Michigan Conference Volleyball title in 1989, which hasn't occurred since!
Deb is married to John and they have two children, Renee and Jamie. They are also blessed with three beautiful grandchildren, Quentin, Kylee and Kaedan.
Volleyball Assistant Coach
Stasinopoulos has 18 years of experience playing/coaching volleyball. A '91 graduate of Cedarburg High School, he received a golf scholarship to The University of Southern Mississippi. Upon his return to Wisconsin, he attended UW-Washington County and became involved with intramural volleyball, as well as assisting with the UW-WC volleyball summer camp. After completing his studies at UW-WC, he attended UW-LaCrosse, where he played men's volleyball and managed the team. During this time, he was also assisting Deb Butschlick with the UW-WC volleyball summer camp.
Jason has been an assistant coach for the UW-WC Women's Volleyball team since 2006. When not coaching, he and his wife Tracy enjoy spending time with friends and family. He also loves to play Texas Hold'Em and rooting for the Packers and Badgers.
