What Happens After Placement Testing?

|
| Should I Take the Foreign Language Placement Test too? Optional placement testing is available in Spanish, French and German. Students who begin language study in high school and wish to continue studying the same language in college, are advised to take the Placement Test in order to determine which UW-WC language course is appropriate. Depending on your placement, you may be eligible to earn retroactive college credits. We encourage you to consult with your transfer campus for the foreign language requirements to ensure you meet admission and/or graduation requirements on that campus. |
