Apply for Admission
Send your application and required documents in after September 15 for the following fall or spring semester. Visit the Types of Students page to find out what you will need to complete your application. High school seniors are considered new freshmen.
Mathematics Requirement: The successful completion of the equivalent of one course in geometry is a prerequisite for all credit mathematics courses.
Apply for Financial Aid
After January 1st of each year, the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is available from you guidance counselor, the UW-WC Financial Aid Office, or online at www.fafsa.ed.govThe completed application should be submitted prior to April 15th to meet the priority filing date. Applications can be submitted after the priority date, but funds may be limited.
Apply for Scholarships
Admitted freshmen are encouraged to apply for new freshman student scholarships. Over $130,000 in student scholarships are awarded each year at UW Washington County. UWWC scholarship applications are available in mid-January online or in the Student Affairs office. Completed applications are due in mid-February with awards announced in May. After you Apply
When you recieve your Acceptance Letter, you will recieve a checklist with instructions to do the following:
- PRISM account setup -your 24-7 tool to access your Enrollment, Financial Aid & Academic History.
- Wildcat Info Session and Placement Testing
- Personal Academic Advising for course selection
- New Student Orientation
