UW-Washington County's computer science curriculum
provides you with basic skills and knowledge which will help you
complete a bachelor's degree program, succeed in a computer science
profession,
and compete successfully in the evolving global environment.
The curriculum includes basic skills courses leading to a fundamental
understanding of the general factors which influence human and machine
information and communication as well as the value of scientific
study of the structures of verbal, visual and quantitative information.
In addition, it allows you to apply computer science principles
to problem solving and prepares you for professional employment.

industry that shows no signs of slowing down in the next decade.
Computer personnel are involved in virtually every aspect of
