Courses
About
This is my second year teaching English at UW-WC. I have a
BS degree from River Falls and a MA from Iowa State
University, both in English and Creative Writing. While
teaching at UW-WC, I am also working on my Ph.D. (in English
and Creative Writing) at UW-Milwaukee. This fall is my last
semester of classes toward that degree.
I am
currently the book review editor of the cream city
review, which is housed at UW-M. My time at UW-WC has
consisted mostly of teaching composition classes, and I'm
looking forward to working as the advisor for Writers' Guild
and Pyrite, UW-WC's literary magazine, this year.
I eventually hope to be able to teach creative writing as
well, but for now, teaching scholarly writing continues to
be a rewarding and entertaining experience. I'm thankful to
my students and fellow teachers for that. |
